Preamble
At the beginning of the week my change of dosage kicked in, so things got easier.
These things happened this week
- I’m cooking a lot lately. It’s really enjoyable when I actually have the spoons!
- Am doing a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle. It turns out it takes ages (weeks? months?) but it’s really relaxing overall, even if I’m spending ages looking for one particular piece…
- We got some sunshine, which is mostly a good thing but when I’m overwhelmed the brightness is another factor to add to the scales of sensory overload 🥲[Jump to footnote 1]
- Emma and I had an induction at a local independent gym. We’re going to try couples’ personal training sessions 😅.
- I’m DBS checked now for my volunteering role, whoop!
- Met a young man in the North Laine who was visiting Brighton with his shoulder-sitting cat.
- Captain officially loves sweetcorn[Jump to footnote 2].
- We finished Grace & Frankie and it was very sad. I have to be careful with what TV and music I consume because of emotional dysregulation issues, but this one caught me off guard.
Yours,Leaf
Footnotes
